Description
These mugs feature Thetford’s most famous son Thomas Paine. Revolutionary, philosopher and one of the greatest radical thinkers of his age. One one side we feature the statue, with one of his many famous quotes on the other. There are two to choose from:
“Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state, an intolerable one”
“If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace”
Our mugs are packaged individually in their own polystyrene boxes to ensure they arrive safely.
