Let our small, friendly team welcome you to Laburnum Grove Community Hub. Situated in a quiet residential area of Thetford, we offer a professional and caring day support/respite service for older people that includes specialist care for those with dementia.

We understand the importance of friendship and conversation, particularly for those who live alone, and provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere where you can make friends and feel part of a group. Our wide range of social activities includes group quizzes, crosswords and poetry reading along with regular visits by professional entertainers.

Wellbeing is also a priority for us, we offer daily hot and cold meal choices prepared on-site and served in our restaurant area, as well as a bath service, weekly hairdresser and treatment room for health appointments.

For those living with dementia, our respite care can make things that little bit easier for family members by giving them a break and some time to themselves. We are also a lifeline to people who are frail and unable to get out, who have no family living locally and no friends to come and spend time with them.
