      I have been attending Jos classes in Thetford for several years. They are much more than just an exercise class and include weight management (if required), fitness & health tips. The class is friendly, fun and varied. Jo changes the exercises around when possible – we do aerobics one week, Hiit or pyramid the next and a bit of disco dancing once in a while too! You work at your own pace, as long as you’re moving that’s fine!
      Jo is understanding if you have a bad week (she has been there too) and offers as much support & encouragement as you want or need.
      A very friendly bunch of mixed ages, come along & join us.

      A lively,friendly, fun exercise group. It’s suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. I can’t get enough, and I hate exercise!
