  • The 8 week Introduction to Mindfulness course is designed to give people the skills needed to develop their own personal practice to help deal with anxiety, pain, depression etc. as well as increasing overall well-being and quality of life. We build up new knowledge and experience each session so by the end of the course you have the ability to deal with the challenges of life in a healthy, Mindful way. (Mindfulness is clinically proven to help relieve common health issues and improve our sense of well-being).

    Any sessions that you can’t attend can be either carried over to the next course or completed at one of the other venues. Notes are emailed out after each session. The course costs £10 per session, there is a £40 deposit to secure a place and then a further £40 required at the first session.  After the course is completed we have a drop in meditation class in Bury to help support your practise which costs £5.

    We practise the meditation seated on chairs, people are welcome to bring a mat and lie down if that is more comfortable.
